Club Service
Members of the Farmington Rotary have the opportunity to serve on any of the following committees.
Club Administration
- Club Administration conducts activities associated with the effective operation of the club, including scheduling speakers, meeting location management, club social events, fellowship and fun.
Service Projects Committee
- This committee develops and implements educational, humanitarian and vocational projects that address the needs of the local community and communities in other countries.
Membership Committee
- The responsibilities of the membership committee include development and implementation of a comprehensive plan for recruitment and retention of members, including member development, new member introduction and mentorship.
Fundraising Committee
- The fundraising committee coordinates the fundraising efforts of the club to ensure financial support for the service projects and activities of the club.
Rotary Foundation
- This committee develops and implements plants to support The Rotary Foundation through both financial and program participation, engage member involvement, and develop a proposed annual budget for the president and board.
Public Relations
- Public Relations committee activities include development and implementation of plans to provide the public with information about Rotary, and to promote the club's fundraising, service projects and general activities.
