Getting to know Snapchat and more
You know how I told you last week that this week's meeting would be all about getting to know each other? Well, plans have changed. Instead of getting to know each other, tomorrow's March 16 meeting will be all about getting to know Snapchat, the popular app that is all the rage with millennials and lets you easily talk with friends, view live stories from around the world
But our own Jenna Pellicci is convinced that Farmington Rotary, Ramble Jam and YOUR BUSINESS need to be on Snapchat. So she's going to show us how to do it. Come to the meeting and learn how to download the app, set up an account and get started. Learn how to use it to promote your business. Learn how to explore news in Discover, because to me, discover is a verb and I'd like to know how it can be a noun. So should you.
And here is the "more" part. Time permitting, Janie and Corey will lead a discussion about how they use social media to promote their business – and how you can use it too. And you probably have some tips to share too. So don't be shy – tell us what you know! And tell us what you would like to know. Related to social media, of course.
