NOV. 5 MEETING: TRINITY UPDATE

Zoom over to Farmington Rotary on Nov. 5 at noon and hear from one of our favorite people, Joy Lauterbach, who will give us an update on all things happening at Trinity Care Center.

HOLIDAY SCHEDULES

There are several changes to our meeting and service schedules for November and December:

Changes to meeting dates:
- Farmington Rotary will not meet on Nov. 26, Dec. 24 & 31. Enjoy the holidays with your family!
- The November board meeting date is changed to Wed., Nov. 18 from 12-1:30 p.m. on Zoom
Changes to December service projects:
- 360 Communities requested gift cards for their Armful of Love program this year due to COVID restrictions. Wendy purchased and delivered those on behalf of Farmington Rotary. Thank you, Wendy!
- Thanks to Lori for suggesting we deliver gift bags to seniors this year since we can't hold our usual Senior Holiday Luncheon due to COVID restrictions. Wendy and Sara are working out details and will present ideas to the board at the Nov. 18 meeting. Watch The Source after that for details.

MEETING HOSTS

Note: This practice may be different until meetings are back to our regular format. Check with Nate or Janie if you have questions.

Each Rotarian serves as a meeting host one or two months of the year, and is responsible for working with your co-host to do the following. Check the sidebar on the right for your month to serve.

Schedule and introduce speakers for your month
Arrive early to set up
Greet Rotarians and guests
Make sure everyone signs in and chooses a meal
Give the meal count to the kitchen
Stay late to take down
