Study of the Month
We will be honoring 4 students this week for our last student of the moth for the 24/25 school year!
- Wyatt Coones, 5th Grader from Akin Road Elementary
Wyatt has had a lot of growth during his time at Akin Road. He is now loving school and enjoys helping and supporting his classmates. He is enthusiastic about learning and like being funny. He is active in his church by doing outreach and helping homeless. He maybe wants to be an artist when he grows up.
- Ingrid Olivier, 5th Grader from Meadowview Elementary
Ingrid was picked by multiple teachers for this honor. She is described as a leader, kind, brave and not afraid to speak up. She spoke at a school board meeting in favor of band. She is involved in band and musicals. She says she enjoys helping overs because it makes her feel good. She mentions being either an author or a vet when she grows up.
- Josephine (Josie) Rendell, 5th Grader from North Trail Elementary
Josie was a popular pick for this honor. She is described as a great communicator and a team player. She is active with band, cheer, track and field, gymnastics, girl scouts, school patrol and her church. She participated in reading challenge and the science fair this year. She also helps younger scouts and volunteers at with the children choir at church.
- Cole Wilcek, Senior at Farmington High School
Cole is a Senior at Farmington High School and will be going to Eau Claire next year. He is majoring in education and is hoping to be a high school teacher and coach. Cole plays basketball but had a season ending injury this year. That did not stop him helping out, coaching and cheering on his team. Cole has helped coach other youth programs and with the unified gym program. The unified basketball team he coached even made it to state this year! He is described as an awesome young man, caring, selfless and an great role model.

This Week: Top the Tater Luncheon @ Homestead Church
Top the Tater Days is a vital time to promote and encourage the local businesses that make Farmington the amazing community that it is. The FAEG would like to invite all Farmington businesses to a lunch on Thursday, May 15 at 12pm at Homestead Community Church. We will talk through all the planned events for Top the Tater Days, answer any questions and hear your feedback, and discuss ways to support and encourage our local businesses through this event.
