Loaves and Fishes Update @ 8:30am
Pastor Karen Evenson and Chef Scott Evenson from Faith Church with an update on the Loaves and Fishes community meals hosted by Faith. Farmington Rotary, in partnership with District 5960, provided Faith Church with a grant and donation at the beginning of the pandemic to purchase kitchen equipment and supplies to accommodate the sudden and significant increase in the number of meals they put out each week.

We honored Alisha Wong as our October Student of the Month!
Schedule Change: Next month Student of the Month meeting will be December 2nd. At Bourbon Butcher at noon.
Notes from the Board Meeting:
A motion was approved to raise dues.
For this current Rotary year (July '21 to June '22) the dues are as follows:
1st quarter: $37
2nd quarter: $100
3rd quarter: $175
4th quarter: $175
Meeting update: We have not officially changed the meeting schedule but are looking unifying meeting times and location. Starting in January all meeting would be at Bourbon Butcher at noon with no virtual option.
Potential schedule would be as follows:
1st Thursday: Speaker or activity*
2nd Thursday: Student of the Month
3rd Thursday: Speaker or activity*
4th Thursday: Board meeting
5th Thursday: 501 Club
*we thought it would be nice to spend one week either volunteering or roadside clean or something similar.
PLEASE let us know you have opinions about this change! We look to make an official change at our November board meeting.
