Roadside Clean Up!

We are going to switch it up a little. Instead of a regular meeting on 8/5, we will do our roadside cleanup instead. We will pick up trash along our two mile stretch of Pilot Knob. It should take a hour or so and then we plan to grab some breakfast in town for whoever is available. This is a bit of a short notice so please respond whether you are available or not so we know if we have enough people available to keep this scheduled. Families are welcome!

Date: August 5th
Time: 8:30am
Meeting place: Farmington Maintenance Facility, 19650 Municipal Drive
RSVP: Email Krysia (krysia.moe@oldnational.com) or respond on Facebook

New Rotary Year 2021-2022
July 1 began a new Rotary year, and new leadership for all of Rotary. Thank you to everyone who agreed to serve! See your new board here...

The new year also begins a new meeting-host schedule. Please see the sidebar on the right for your month to serve, and the article below for additional details. Given our smaller club size now, most of us don't have a meeting-host buddy. Please reach out to a Rotarian friend if you need help planning speakers or hosting for your month.

MEETING HOST INFO

Thank you for serving Farmington Rotary as a meeting host. Meeting hosts are essential to successful meetings, and your service is very much appreciated.

Meeting host responsibilities include:

  • Schedule and introduce speakers for your month
  • Arrive early to set up
  • Greet Rotarians and guests
  • Make sure everyone signs in
  • Stay late to take down

Once speakers are scheduled, please provide details to Jenna and Barb.

Please review the meeting host responsibilities for complete details. Some responsibilities don't apply while we're in hybrid mode. Ask another Rotarian if you have questions.

Contact Janie if you have questions or a conflict with the month you are assigned.
